Cherry color with tawn rim, its long time aging gives it wide nuances of tertiary flavors, notes of vainilla balanced by acidity is clear and fancy. In the mouth the sensation is a long time and the perception of aromas flavours remain for a long time.

To appreciate this great wine 30 -45 minutes of aeration after uncorking is necessary.

Ideal with read meats such as venison or roasted wild boar, as well cheeses.
